Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with International Vedic Wisdom! This policy outlines the details regarding the shipping of your orders placed through our website Home | International Vedic . All orders are shipped from our operational base in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays in India) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.  

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reputable domestic courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The choice of carrier depends on your location and the nature of the product.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to carrier operations, location, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

    • Within Uttar Pradesh: Approximately 2-5 business days.

    • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): Approximately 3-7 business days.

    • Rest of India: Approximately 5-10 business days.

    • Remote Locations (including North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep): May take 7-14 business days or longer.

     

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs are typically based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination.

3. International Shipping

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the following countries: [List Countries - e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, UAE, EU countries, etc. - BE SPECIFIC or state "most major countries worldwide" and handle limitations on a case-by-case basis]. Please contact us if your country is not listed to check feasibility.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, India Post International EMS, etc.) for international shipments.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, but can vary significantly depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs processing. These are estimates only and delays can occur.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination country.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT):

    • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.

    • The recipient of the shipment is solely responsible for all such import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. International Vedic Wisdom is not responsible for these charges.

    • Customs policies vary widely by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We cannot predict these charges.

    • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued in such cases. Any return shipping costs incurred due to refusal will be deducted from any potential refund.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available/active on the carrier's website.  

  • You can track your order via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email or directly on the respective carrier's website.

5. Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your order securely, especially fragile items like Yantras, Pyramids, and Gemstones, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that you provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code/zip code and a valid contact phone number.

  • International Vedic Wisdom is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional re-shipment costs.  

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at internationalvedicwisdom@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the case and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus a reasonable grace period (e.g., 7 additional business days for domestic, 14 for international), please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we will do our best to assist you.
